• Anything that is not mentioned in the tour cost includes list
• Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), or any factors beyond control (cost will be borne by the clients and payable on spot)

• Gulmarg Gondola Tickets @ 800 for Phase 01 & 1000 for Phase 02 per person
• Professional Tourist Guide Rs. 2000/- per day
• Transportation to Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwadi @ 3000 per vehicle (max 07 passengers) — Vehicle: Tata Sumo / Tavera
• Transportation to Zero Point, Fish Point, Zojila Pass @ 5000 per vehicle (max 07 passengers) — Vehicle: Sumo/Tavera/Xylo/Scorpio

Kashmir Offer — General Notes:

• Rooms are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Shopping would be on your own arrangements.
• To reach the glaciers and the gondola station, you can hire ponies / horses on direct payment basis as vehicles are not allowed beyond certain point in Gulmarg and Sonamarg.
• The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. Booking proceeds only after confirmation from your end.
• The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year unless specifically confirmed.
• The company reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without prior notice.
• If rooms are not available in the mentioned hotels, alternate hotels of similar category will be provided.
• Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs & check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• Houseboat check-in time is 12:00 noon & check-out time is 09:00 am.
• Rates mentioned are valid for the period specified and subject to change without prior notice.
• Ponies / horses in Gulmarg & Sonamarg are direct payment basis.
• Gondola ride would be on direct payment basis (unless included).
• Vehicle provided as per the mentioned tour plan (point to point basis only).
• Rates are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• No refund or compensation for unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
• No room/reservation has been blocked or confirmed as of now for this inquiry.
• For reservation we need: Full guest name, age of child (if applicable), flight details or check-in time.

Important Information:

• AC will not be functional on hills, terrains or slopes.
• In case of road closure (winter months) due to snow from Tangmarg - Gulmarg Tangmarg or Gagangir - Sonamarg and/or vice versa, our vehicle (as per local administration/Govt. Law) will not be allowed to move and only jeeps with special chains are allowed — these can be hired on direct payment basis or arranged by us at additional cost.
• In Gulmarg (round the year) horseman union does not allow any vehicle to pickup or drop guests at/from Gondola. Sightseeing by vehicles inside Gulmarg may be restricted.
• During winter months Sonamarg remains closed and vehicles can only go up to Gagangir.
• Due to heavy snowfall roads from Jammu – Srinagar – Jammu may be suspended; we won’t be liable for such conditions but will provide assistance.
• Jammu/Katra to Pahalgam/Srinagar takes approx 10 - 12 hrs one way depending on road & traffic conditions.
• Thajiwas Glacier, Fish Pond, Zero Point, Krishansar and Vishansar Lake at Sonamarg are not included in the package unless specified.
